Yes. Choose who it is from, and the email, the agreement and the certificate all carry the attorney’s name while replies route to them. TRAKiQ does not notify or seek approval from the named attorney before it goes out, so supervising the send remains the firm’s responsibility under your own rules of professional conduct.
Yes. Upload your agreement as a PDF and recipients accept that one. If you use the TRAKiQ standard agreement instead, you set the term, the governing-law state, whether they accept by click or by signature, and whether they sign personally or for their company.
Keep it view-only, require terms before it opens, and every copy is watermarked with the reader’s name. Revoke access at any time. View-only removes the download button. The file still has to reach the reader’s browser to be shown, so it cannot stop a determined reader from keeping a copy or photographing the screen; the watermark and the access log are what make that traceable.
ESIGN and UETA stop a signature being denied legal effect purely because it is electronic; they do not make an agreement valid. TRAKiQ captures what those statutes look for (consent to sign electronically, intent, attribution, association to the document and a retained record) and leaves the rest to the document and the law that applies. Some categories are carved out of ESIGN entirely, including wills, most family-law instruments, court notices and certain notices of termination.
